History visit: landed safely at Heathrow, fifteen minutes ahead of schedule. Will ask students to contact you when we board the coach back to school. It's been a wonderful visit, we hope that the students have come away with a much deeper understanding of Berlin past and present.

Year 10 Rugby League Winners

The Hinchley Wood team made it four final victories in as many years as they added the Year 10 title to the Year 7, 8 and 9 crowns. They dominated from start to finish scoring 24 points without reply in the first half.

Nathan Kosbab opened the scoring after six minutes when he crashed over in the corner. Jack Smith touched down twice either side of a try by Max Tomlinson and with Bryn Bradley converting every one, the Esher side looked unstoppable.

Howard began the second half in determined fashion, forcing a goal line drop out from the re-start but a good defensive effort by Hinchley Wood kept their line intact. Having soaked up the pressure they increased their lead when Sam Stronge plucked a fine crossfield kick by Bradley out of the air to touchdown in the corner.

Howarth added another to make it 32-0 but the Surrey outfit opened their account by re-gathering the kick off which allowed Ethan West to score. Harry Condliffe then added a try and conversion but that was as close as Howard got as Hinchley Wood finished with a flourish thanks to further touchdowns from Howarth, Kosbab and Smith with Bradley converting two.Year 10 rugby
