Every effort will be made to reply to emails received as soon as feasibly possible, but we would ask parents to bear in mind that members of staff do have heavy work commitments and therefore will endeavour to respond within two working days during normal school hours. In school holidays not all staff will access their e-mails and we will aim to reply within 48 hours of returning to school.
Please be aware that some staff are part time and may not access your email until they return to log on to the system.
Concerns about individual subjects should be referred to the subject teacher in the first instance. More general concerns should be referred to your child’s form tutor or Head of Learning in the first instance.
