• 6th Form Open Evening

The Sixth Form Open Evening takes place on Thursday 10th October, 6.00 - 8.00pm.

As well as a comprehensive exhibition, showcasing the 26 A Level courses on offer at HWS, there will be two presentations - 6.00pm and 6.45pm - in the main school hall; Co-Heads of Sixth Form, Tea Gray and Lauren Brown, will be joined by current students to talk about what to expect in HWS Sixth Form.

The exhibition will be open from 6.00pm to 8.00pm in the Sixth Form Centre and other areas around the school.  This will provide an opportunity to talk with teachers and current sixth formers about individual subjects, as well as a chance to find out, first hand, what it is like as a Hinchley Wood Sixth Former.

All current Year 11 students and their parents/carers are welcome, from both Hinchley Wood School as well as those attending other schools; please note, there is no catchment area for the Sixth Form.  We do have a Published Admissions Number (PAN) of 20 for students not currently attending HWS, however, this number can, and usually is, exceeded if space is available.

IMPORTANT: please arrive at the school on foot, please do not drive as there is no parking on site. If you have a blue badge and an access requirement that would need a disabled parking space (and/or disabled access around school) please contact info@hinchleywoodschool.co.uk by 12:00 on Tuesday 8th October.
