Main School Open Evening 2025

On Thursday 25 September we are holding our annual Open Evening at Hinchley Wood School for prospective students and their parents/carers. This is open to current Year 6, although we appreciate that if your child in Year 5 has an EHCP you will want to visit the school this year as your application deadlines are slightly different.
We ask that you pay close attention to the time slot allocated to your relevant school.

Please note – if you do not want to attend the Headteacher presentation, please arrive at the time allocated for your self-guided tour.
It is recommended that parents/carers view the audio-narrated presentation about our admissions criteria
prior to the Open Evening. This will be available on this site from Friday, 19 September.
We ask that you arrive at the school on foot, please do not drive as there will be no parking on site. If you have a blue badge and an access requirement that would need a disabled parking space (and/or disabled access around school) please contact info@hinchleywoodschool.co.uk by 12:00 pm on Tuesday 23 September.
