Today, we were thrilled to welcome Year 6 pupils from TDJS for our Festival of Languages! HWS students led a fun-filled carousel of languages — from learning school subjects in Spanish and animals in Japanese, to months of the year in Arabic and food and sport in Italian!

Last night 50 amazing Year 8 students took on the challenge of a lifetime! Inspired by the @Rentstart annual SleepOut, they swapped their warm beds for cardboard boxes and a night under the stars to experience life without a home.

A fantastic achievement by our Hinchley Wood School DofE participants who have completed 2015 hours of volunteering with a social value of £10,638 over the past year. It is great to see the students contributing to our local community through coaching, helping at youth groups, litter picking and in many other ways! Well done to our Bronze, Silver and Gold participants for all their hard work.
