We are delighted for our Year 13 students, who have exceeded national averages to achieve a great set of A Level results that match the school’s record breaking, pre-Covid year of 2019.
The students’ hard work, resilience and positivity over the last two years has yielded an impressive 99.6 per cent overall pass rate, with 35 per cent A*-A grade; 70 per cent A*-B and 88 per cent A*-C. The number of A* passes (10 per cent of all grades) is 45, exceeding the 2019 total by 21.
Becky Wiscombe, Head of Sixth Form, commented: “We are incredibly proud of our students, who have really impressed us with their work ethic in what has been a very challenging few years of their education. It has been a pleasure for all our staff to support and celebrate with them today.”
