Last night 50  amazing Year 8 students took on the challenge of a lifetime! Inspired by the  annual SleepOut, they swapped their warm beds for cardboard boxes and a night under the stars to experience life without a home.

Some of our Year 13 students had the amazing opportunity to stay overnight at St Hilda's College ahead of the Oxford University Open Day today.  They enjoyed a tour of the College before exploring other Colleges and Departments across the University. What an inspiring experience!

HWS eSports Team are National Champions!

We are thrilled to report that our school eSports team won the National eSports Tournament on 29th April, becoming National Champions! The team dominated the competition, winning every point they played for – an incredible achievement. They have worked exceptionally hard, preparing weekly since September.

Competing against 59 schools from across the UK, the team brought home a winners' trophy to Hinchley Wood, along with some impressive goodie bags!

The winning team were supported throughout by fellow eSports enthusiasts who coached and encouraged them on their journey to victory. The extended team celebrated with a winners' tea party, where they proudly showed off the trophy and were congratulated by staff.
