This term’s Spring Concert was a true highlight, performed to a sold-out audience and celebrating the incredible talent within our school community. The evening featured a wide range of ensembles, including our wind, guitar, and ukulele groups, alongside an energetic African drumming performance and the impressive Hinchley Wood Orchestra.
A particularly special moment came when our a cappella group, Sonos, joined forces with the staff choir for the very first time—a wonderful collaboration that was warmly received. The concert also showcased the soaring voices of Phoenix Voices, whose uplifting rendition of Mr Blue Sky brought real energy to the evening.
There was something for everyone, from Super Trouper and Dancing Queen to Soul Bossa Nova, alongside a beautifully expressive performance of Mad World. The programme also included tributes to Queen, as well as much-loved film music from The Lord of the Rings and Wallace and Gromit, among many other highlights.
