Year 10 enjoyed an unforgettable Sports Tour to Spain, creating memories that will last a lifetime for both students and staff.
The trip got off to a fantastic start with a day at a waterpark, where some enthusiastic students successfully persuaded a few staff members to take on the giant yellow slide!
On the football pitch, the boys’ teams competed brilliantly throughout the tournament. The A Team were crowned tournament champions after a series of outstanding performances, while the B Team showed excellent determination, teamwork and resilience, producing strong results across the competition.
The girls also impressed in their triangular tournament, demonstrating fantastic energy, commitment and sportsmanship throughout the week. Their positive attitude and team spirit were evident in every match they played.
Away from the sporting action, students enjoyed time at the beach, took part in a range of activities, and made the most of everything the tour had to offer. The trip concluded with a memorable karaoke evening, although a few students humorously found themselves “fined” for using phones at dinner!
Overall, it was a brilliant tour filled with football, fun and friendship. The students represented the school exceptionally well throughout the week and were a credit to the school in every way. We are incredibly proud of their conduct and the memories they created together.
