As part of their end of year celebrations, Year 7 students enjoyed an exciting visit to Walton Firs Activity Centre in July. Across two days, students took part in a fantastic range of instructor-led activities designed to encourage teamwork, resilience and collaboration.
Working in carefully selected groups, students had the opportunity to build new friendships and strengthen connections across the year group. The action-packed day included activities such as caving, crate stacking, archery, climbing and a variety of team-building challenges.
It was wonderful to see students supporting one another, stepping outside their comfort zones and embracing new experiences. The visit provided a brilliant opportunity for Year 7 to celebrate the end of their first year at Hinchley Wood School while developing the skills and relationships that will continue to support them throughout their time with us.
