Congratulations to Charlotte S and Nathan K, who impressed judges with their creativity, teamwork, and attention to detail in the Bake Off challenge which took place just before the Spring holiday. Both students demonstrated excellent organisation and worked effectively together to produce a high-quality final bake.
Their creation featured a well-baked, moist chocolate cake with a smooth ganache finish. The judges particularly praised the precision of their decoration, including a chocolate finger fence that added both structure and visual appeal. Further highlights included delicate chocolate bird nests and carefully crafted fondant figures such as chickens and rabbits, which brought their Easter theme to life. The overall presentation showed strong technical skill, patience, and creativity throughout.
