On 29 April, the PRE Department took Year 10 students on an educational visit to St Paul’s Cathedral and Kingston Mosque. The trip gave students the opportunity to experience first-hand the beliefs and practices of both Christianity and Islam through guided tours of each place of worship.
At St Paul’s Cathedral, students climbed up to the famous Whispering Gallery and took part in an engaging workshop led by a local priest. During the session, students asked thoughtful and challenging questions about faith, life after death, and the origins of the universe.
The visit was a valuable and enriching experience for all involved, helping students deepen their understanding of different religious traditions and beliefs to support the GCSE classes.
